Python Job: Software Engineer

About the role:

Your role will provide systems analysis, design, development, maintenance and ongoing support. You will be designing and implementing software and working across the technology stack of Java, JavaScript, CSS and React.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysing system responsibilities and developing technical design
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance code
• Creating and supporting software estimates including applications, functionality enhancements and integration
• Task scheduling and time tracking
• Resolving bugs/defects during QA testing, pre-production, production and post-release
• Providing technical advice to business customers
• Contributing to code reviews, peer reviews of estimates, designs and other quality activities
• Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle
• Striving to make improvements to the existing products and systems/services
• Understanding of the ADF culture
• Building backend and web frontend in Javascript, React, and TypeScript and CI/CD
• Utilising agile methodologies where appropriate in your work

The applicant must have:

• Relevant computer science degree or IT degree
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Can-do attitude

Salary :

$60,000 - $80,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time
